How long is the wait for a new car ordered to individual specification?
The delivery time depends on the model, engine and equipment you choose, so we confirm the exact date once the order is placed. Some cars are already in dealer stock and can be collected straight away. Our sales consultant at your nearest Moller Auto dealer centre will check the current lead time for the model you want.
What do I need in order to book a test drive?
You can book a test drive online — fill in the test drive request form on our website, giving the model, the dealer centre and a time that suits you. A consultant will contact you to confirm the visit. Bring a valid driving licence with you.
Can my old car serve as the down payment on a new one?
Yes. Moller Auto offers a trade-in service: we value your current car and that value can be used as the down payment on a new or used car. The valuation is free and non-binding — we will prepare the exact offer at the dealer centre.
Does the warranty stay valid if I have the car serviced elsewhere?
The factory warranty stays valid as long as the car is serviced according to the service plan set by the manufacturer and with original parts. It does not cover faults caused by work that was not carried out properly. Moller Auto also offers an extended warranty — a service consultant will confirm the terms that apply to your car.
What are the charging options and state support for electric cars?
An electric car can be charged at home — from a household socket or a faster wall box — and on public charging networks. When you buy a new electric car we will help you choose a suitable charging solution. The conditions of state support schemes change regularly, so please check the current support and financing options with our consultant.
