► Moller Auto Insurance Services provides individualized recommendations on insurance products for sale. Moller Auto Insurance Services provides customers with objective information about insurance products (in an understandable way) which are offered, customer can make a decision based on the received information. This information Moller Auto Insurance Services prepares according to the complexity of the offered insurance contract and customer’s category.
► Every person has right to submit a written complaint to Moller Auto Insurance Services about the services, what is provided by Moller Auto Insurance Services. ► Moller Auto Insurance Services is included in the Register of Insurance Intermediaries of the Bank of Latvia under the registration No. 06.09.02/2307. This can be verified on the website www.bank.lv.
► Moller Auto Insurance Services does not have any direct or indirect shareholding in an insurance merchant or a foreign insurer (which has established a branch of the foreign insurer in the Republic of Latvia and whose insurance services are distributed by the insurance broker) which covers 10 percent or more of the number of voting shares or share capital of the parent company of the insurance merchant or the branch of the foreign insurer. No insurance merchant, its parent company or a foreign insurer which has established a branch of a foreign insurer in the Republic of Latvia has acquired, directly or indirectly, in Moller Auto Insurance Services a participation covering 10 percent or more of the number of voting shares or of the share capital of the insurance intermediary.
► Moller Auto Insurance Services is under no contractual obligation to underwrite insurance solely for the benefit of one or more particular insurance undertakings or branches of foreign insurers
► The form of remuneration of Moller Auto Insurance Services for an insurance contract is set at a percentage of the premium collected. Moller Auto Insurance Services receive remuneration for the distribution of insurance, which is included in the insurance premium.
► Before concluding the insurance contract, Moller Auto Insurance Services, based on the information provided by the customer, has found out the Customer's requirements and needs, as well as the reasons that are the basis of the provided consultations on the relevant insurance service.
► Moller Auto Insurance Services, according to the customer's needs, makes recommendations and prepares an offer, based on a comprehensive analysis of offers.
